Ironside Consulting Services (ICS) is pleased to offer a series of management training workshops for 2013. Our list of workshops provides a variety of topics that may be of interest to your organization. Each workshop is a three hour training session and provides attendees with an overview of the topic and key information essential to effective management. A full day workshop can be developed by selecting any two of these topic areas.

ICS will also customize any workshop requested by a client and provide a more in depth approach to any topic by extending it to a full day (six hour) training session); by developing a session on any other topic of interest as requested by a client; or by including discussion in an area of specific concern related to a client?s organization or business.

Each three hour training session is $2,340 plus HST and travel expenses where applicable, and includes copies of relevant articles on each topic selected and a power point presentation that will also be provided to the client for their own future use.

Each session can accommodate up to 20 attendees for no additional cost. Clients are also free to open the session to employees other than managers or supervisors but should advise ICS in advance as some discussions and materials are intended for management only. If requested, clients can arrange to hold a workshop jointly with another organization as well with up to 20 attendees for no additional cost.
